THE GOAL:

Insights for the Dior Cosmetics Diva program and reestablish the marketing platform for the rewards program. 

Digital strategy, Marketing campaign, Social media, Creative direction, Strategy, Customer retention plan, UX design.

As a group member of 8 Columbia University MBA and Parsons multidisciplinary students, we consulted on a marketing platform for Dior Cosmetics rewards program; analyzed competitors, identified gaps, created a strategy, designed and developed a marketing campaign to revamp their rewards program functionality, design and website. 

The LEF focuses on educational programs students in Design and Business related to the creation and marketing of luxury goods. Students engage with senior executives in leading luxury firms to understand and appreciate the unique properties and fine craftsmanship as manifested in the industry.
